About WaslAFG

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WaslAFG website and your purchases through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Services and product scope

WaslAFG currently offers prepaid mobile telephone credit and top-ups. Any additional digital product will be identified on the website before purchase and may have product-specific conditions displayed at checkout.

Products are delivered digitally and cannot be redeemed for cash through WaslAFG. We do not provide cash withdrawal, money transfer, or currency exchange services. WaslAFG is not a bank or a stored-value account.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current account and order information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out using your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. We may refuse registration or restrict an account where required by law or where we reasonably suspect misuse or a breach of these terms.

Placing an order

Before confirming payment, check the recipient mobile number, operator, country, product, denomination, currency, and total price. An incorrect recipient number or product selection may result in delivery that cannot be reversed.

An order is accepted when we confirm it through the website or by email. A payment attempt or an order submission alone does not guarantee delivery. We may reject an order if the product is unavailable, the details are invalid, payment is not confirmed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use.

Prices and payment

The product price, currency, and any applicable fees are displayed before you confirm payment. Your payment provider or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or other charges, which are outside our control.

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. WaslAFG does not ask you to send payment directly to a recipient mobile number and does not store your full payment-card details. We begin fulfillment only after payment is confirmed through the applicable payment flow.

Delivery and third-party networks

We submit confirmed top-up orders to a fulfillment provider and the relevant mobile network operator. Delivery times can vary because of operator availability, technical checks, or network conditions. A processing status is not confirmation that the recipient has received the credit.

The recipient's mobile operator controls how credited airtime can be used, its validity, and any operator-specific restrictions. Those conditions are separate from these terms.

Problems, cancellations, and refunds

If a payment is taken but delivery fails, or you believe an order was duplicated or delivered incorrectly, contact us with the order reference and relevant details. We will review the payment and fulfillment records and explain the outcome.

A completed digital top-up normally cannot be cancelled or redirected after the operator has credited the recipient number. Refunds for failed, duplicate, or otherwise disputed orders are assessed according to the transaction status and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use and account restrictions

Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized payments, unlawful activity, interference with the website, or purchases on behalf of another person without authorization. We may delay, decline, or cancel an order, or suspend access, where reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, respond to a payment-provider decision, or investigate suspected misuse.

Where practicable and lawful, we will provide information about a restriction and how to contact us. A restriction does not remove rights or obligations arising from an order already placed.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the website and products available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular delivery time. Maintenance, provider outages, operator issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt service. We may change or discontinue a product and will not charge for an order we do not accept.

Privacy and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information relating to accounts, orders, support, and website use. WaslAFG's website content, design, and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect order details you provide, unauthorized account use that results from your failure to protect your credentials, or failures of third-party networks beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes to these terms and disputes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new update date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. If you disagree with a future version, you may stop using the service and contact us about your account.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Swiss law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that apply where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim before a competent court.
